Return And Refund Policy

- Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team support@redhunt.co.in within 24 hrs of the product received by the customer.

- Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes. Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds.

- Payment refunds will be applicable only on prepaid orders in case incorrect products are delivered.

- COD orders are not eligible for a refund.

- Red Hunt will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.

- It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products in 24 hours. No claim will be entertained beyond time limit.

RETURN INTIMATION

You can Email Us at support@redhunt.co.in within 2 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

* Product, if any, should be in original condition and (Must not be used a lot - that will be supervised by Red Hunt Team)

* Box should be retained and returned - (Original packaging is required and it must not be tempered……..or not be stored in another package)

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

You can cancel any order before fulfilment using the following steps: 

Step 1. Login to your RED HUNT Account

Step 2. Click on "My Orders"

Step 3. Select the order & Click on "Cancel Order" (Hold Order – Option- SB)

Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.

REFUND POLICY

- Refund is provided for PREPAID orders only.

- Your refund will be initiated after 48 Hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers.

MODE OF REFUND

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
